Jaybird Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team. The position involves cleaning apartments, common areas, and assisting with laundry, with a two-day workweek.

You will help maintain a warm, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors, delivering the Red Carpet Treatment. The role emphasizes safety and compassion; you’ll follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and report hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Compassion and a patient, friendly demeanor.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly housekeeping services and other tasks per Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain inventory and storage of cleaning and laundry supplies.
• Use PPE and cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
• Keep apartments, common areas, dining spaces clean and welcoming.
• Identify hazards and report to management; submit work orders as needed.
