Job summary

NorthStar Maintenance Group is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves cleaning three small offices in Corbin and London, KY, twice weekly, with about two hours per location, totaling approximately 12 hours per week. Pay is $140 each week.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or with occasional teamwork, and able to read, write and speak English. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and dependable transportation is required.

NorthStar Maintenance Group is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will clean, sanitize, and maintain three small offices.

The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable. There are two offices in Corbin and one in London. Each office will be cleaned twice each week. It will take approximately two hours to clean at each office, So, it'll be 12 hours a week and pay will be $140 each week. It's extremely important this person is very dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned properties. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture.
• Stock – All toilet paper, paper towels and soap dispensers.
• Other – Pick up and empty trash containers.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
