Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone, and in person.
• Able to report to scheduled shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have eyesight enabling vision both near and far.
• Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public spaces in good repair.
• Assist teams when needed to maintain hotel standards.
• Perform repairs like light bulbs, faucets, toilets, etc.
• Inspect areas for repairs and maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and hotel assets.
