Job summary

Residence Inn Anderson SC is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Associate to maintain the property's guest and public areas. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel's standards are met and safety is upheld.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, documenting tasks, and assisting with routine inspections while maintaining professionalism and a hospitable attitude toward guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel preferred
• Working knowledge of electricity, AC, and plumbing with preventive maintenance basics
• High School diploma or equivalent; AA/BA preferred
• Professionalism, honesty, trustworthiness; excellent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to uphold hotel standards.
• Maintain facilities in guest and heart-of-house areas.
• Handle maintenance tasks per management direction and prioritize safety.
• Assist with routine inspections and documentation of work performed.
• Respond to maintenance work orders promptly and communicate issues to supervisors.
