Job summary

Level5 Hospitality Tukwila is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech to manage day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks. You will supervise daily work orders and ensure safety and quality standards align with Level5's High Touch facilities program.

The role requires basic trades knowledge, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to work with multiple departments to maintain hotel buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Prior engineer/maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hotel buildings and grounds.
• Paint and perform masonry, woodwork, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Assist with ground maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist other departments and move/store supplies.
• Manage inventories and purchasing of tools and supplies.
• Adapt procedures to meet work schedules.
• Analyze and resolve maintenance problems with staff support.
