Hampton Inn North Anderson SC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a part-time position in Anderson, SC. The role covers supervision, labor control, and cost management of the housekeeping department while upholding the hotel’s cleanliness standards and the company’s pledge, values, and culture.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining logs and inventories, training and coaching, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA/ADA policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Team.
• Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation and brand standards are met.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; log and process invoices for payment.
• Ensure equipment is in working order (vacuum, laundry, carts).
• Control access to keys; ensure security and safety policies are followed.
• Provide training and coaching to staff; schedule within Labor Model.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs and upkeep.
• Perform duties as assigned and within physical capabilities.
