Schulte Hospitality Group in Golden, CO is seeking a Part-Time Valet/Front Desk Agent at Table Mountain Inn. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, manage luggage and taxi requests while presenting a professional image.

Role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer daily pay, health and life insurance options, 401k with company match, PTO, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of valet or front desk experience.
• Customer service oriented mindset.
• Ability to pass MVR and drug screening.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with reservations, check-in & check-out processes.
• Assist guests with carrying luggage to room.
• Assist with changing guest rooms, deliver messages or taxis.
• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel van.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists guests with reservations, check/in & out processes
• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room
• Assists with helping change guest rooms, deliver messages or request taxis for guests
• Maintain cleanliness of Hotel Van
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a valet or hotel front desk related positions.
• Customer service oriented
• Minimum of High School education
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening

Must have a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekend and holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
