Urban Farmer Denver is seeking part-time staff to greet guests, seat customers, and assist with the dining experience. You will handle payments, verify orders, and help maintain an organized front-of-house operation.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, prior cash-handling and customer-service experience, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The position is based at The Oxford Hotel’s Urban Farmer Denver location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months of experience with heavy cash handling and customer service exposure.
• Knowledge of basic math, cash handling procedures and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and seat them; establish rapport and assist with service.
• Escort to tables, provide menus, and accommodate special needs or requests.
• Assign sections and notify servers of new seats for prompt attention.
• Maintain a visible cashier presence and assist servers to respond to customer requests.
• Receive payments and balance cash register transactions accurately.
