Clarendale Clayton is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving in a senior living community, delivering warm, professional service to residents and guests.

Part-time schedule, on-site in Clayton, MO, with starting pay at $15.00 per hour and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Experience with seniors and food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and organization standards.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and maintain workstations; take orders and provide service courteously.
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
