Qualifications

• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements subject to state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and the public while following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed per protocols.
• Conduct patrols of buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and directions.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and violations to leadership.
