Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Dishwasher experience.
• Obtain a California Food Handler Card or local health department certification.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend and work in a warm, sometimes wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashers, ensuring proper water temperatures and chemical concentrations (ppm) are maintained.
• Scrape, rinse, and rack soiled dishes, trays, pots, pans, and silverware; hand-wash larger or specialized items.
• Properly store, dry, and rotate dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, sinks, walls, and refrigerators.
• Empty trash containers, clean garbage cans, and replace liners.
