• Good health; physically strong enough to perform duties listed.

Responsabilités

• Pre-portions cold foods prior to meal service and nourishments between meals.
• Fills and serves trays onto delivery carts; transports carts to nursing areas and dining room.
• Cleans, sanitizes utensils, equipment and work areas; disposes of waste properly.
• Stores carts, utensils, trays and food items in a sanitary manner.
• Maintains sanitation in kitchen, dining areas and associated rooms; adheres to safety rules.
