• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and assists in maintaining and repairing all power plant equipment with minor supervision.
• Monitors and maintains boilers, chillers, cooling towers, domestic hot water systems and related equipment.
• Performs safety checks and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Cleans, paints, and handles chemicals safely; analyzes boiler, chiller, and closed loop chemistry.
• Responds to plant emergencies and service requests; documents actions taken and outcomes.
• Supports contractors/vendors with repairs, maintenance, and construction as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC/R trade school certificate or equivalent
