Qualifications

• 5 years of culinary experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Completes production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; follows HACCP.
• Completes required documentation, reports and logs.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders and serves customers efficiently.
