Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Valid State Driver’s License and automobile insurance as required.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy per plan of care under supervision.
• Assess patients for medical indication and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation and charts within 24–48 hours of sessions; participate in education programs.
