Job summary

ActionLink, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Sales Advisor for a Best Buy in Vienna, VA to showcase Sony home cinema products. You will engage customers with demos, promote Sony innovations, and help shoppers select the right gear, while earning hourly pay and quarterly bonuses.

The role involves 20 hours per week, Fridays 3pm-7pm and Saturdays & Sundays 11am-7pm, with paid training and a 401(k) plan with company match. Biweekly pay and direct deposit are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with product demonstrations.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with learning Sony products and promoting them.

Responsibilities

• Share Sony enthusiasm with customers and store associates through engaging demos.
• Provide product recommendations and engage customers to drive sales.
• Close sales and meet weekly targets with proactive objection handling.
• Educate and train store staff on Sony products and promotions.
• Complete post-shift surveys and provide feedback with photos.
