Job summary

Cooperative Home Care in Missouri is hiring a Part-Time RN Visit Nurse to support Home Health with a company vehicle for patient visits. Schedule is set with no rotating shifts, offering predictable, part-time hours and a positive work culture. Nurses report to the office to pick up and return the vehicle at each shift.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys one-on-one client care outside of facilities and hospitals, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri RN license is required.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess needs to provide care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients’ symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including blood pressure measurements, injections, and other skilled nursing services.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation and charts.
• Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide appropriate medical care and intervention in emergency situations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and nursing assistants as needed.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
• Expand knowledge and capabilities through educational opportunities, workshops, conferences, and other professional development.
