Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience required.
• Massachusetts PTA license currently active.
• Afternoon availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assess patients' home environments and reinforce safety strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and care team members.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
