Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license as RN or LPN in Georgia.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with care team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and discuss observations with supervisor.
