Job summary

Right at Home Ann Arbor is seeking a caring Home Health Aide to provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes. The role is a part-time position focused on helping seniors maintain independence and dignity.

The Home Health Aide will assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship while reporting any health changes to supervisors. A friendly, compassionate demeanor and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Demonstrates caring attitude toward seniors and vulnerable adults.
Strong interpersonal skills for client and family interactions.
Ability to follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Monitor and report any changes or concerns about clients' health and well-being to supervisors
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
