Baywood Home Care is hiring a part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Twin Cities area, MN. This in-person role offers flexible, varying part-time shifts and pays $21–$24 per hour with credit for prior experience.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain client safety and independence. A valid HHA or CNA certificate and a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience are required; a driver’s license and vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate required or in progress.
• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Offer reminders for medications and routines.
• Support safety and independence with overnight hours.
• Deliver compassionate one-on-one care to each client.
