Visiting Angels of Midland is seeking a Part Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to enrich clients' quality of life in West Texas, including Odessa and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care per individualized plans, supporting daily living activities and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid and emergency response training required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation at home and during outings.
