Home Instead is hiring part-time caregivers in Carroll and Frederick County to provide compassionate, person-centered care that helps seniors stay independent at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, consistent client assignments where possible, paid training, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and holiday pay. Minimum one year caregiving experience and a valid Maryland driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Dementia and memory care support.
