CRM Health Services, LLC is seeking a part-time home health aide to provide compassionate in-home care for clients. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe home support.

You will work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (16 hours per week), with potential additional hours as client needs increase. Reliability and HIPAA privacy are essential to maintaining trust and safety.

Formación

• Previous experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Ability to plan and prepare healthy meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Knowledge of medication reminders, basic healthcare protocols, and client safety practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate, client-centered care.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance and quality care.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans, agency policies, and documentation requirements.
• Flexibility to accept additional hours as client needs increase is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and agency protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and other health indicators, when required and within the caregiver's authorized responsibilities.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands when required by the care plan.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and assistance with daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of care and services provided.
• Uphold HIPAA standards by safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
