Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Houston, TX, is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities on a part-time basis.

You will evaluate impairments, develop and implement treatment plans for neurological and orthopedic conditions, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients regain function in their own homes and neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure as well as experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs
