Job summary

MercyOne Elkader Medical Center is seeking a part-time Supply Technician to support service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation in patient-facing and back-office areas. You will handle equipment requests, stock supplies, and assist the team while adhering to policies and patient-centered care.

This role focuses on inventory, PAR-level replenishment, data entry for ordering and payments, and helping ensure clean, organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Previous supply experience in healthcare, warehousing or other distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to main stock levels.
• Serves as frontline supply support for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
