Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer at our Healthcare Center in Kansas City, MO. You will provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond calmly to incidents in a hospital setting.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift 20+ pounds, and willingness to meet hospital vaccination requirements. Schedule includes weekend night shifts; compensation starts at $23.50 per hour with opportunities to grow

Competenze

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
Must be able to restrain individuals.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Background check and drug screening may be required.

Mansioni

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare buildings, parking areas, and entrances to identify hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior to leadership.
Document incidents and patrol activities, communicating information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
