EA Hawse Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a PT Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a resident care environment. You will conduct preventive rounds, document checks, and ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards.

The role requires a high school graduate or GED and 1–2 years of related experience. This position supports various maintenance tasks and contributes to quality resident care within a team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.
• Log and date equipment checks and tests.
• Log and date preventive repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine, damage and cosmetic repairs.
• Attend training and orientation programs.
• Follow safety, environmental and infection control standards.
