Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Representative at Intermountain Health locations in Billings, MT. You will inspect and service Daniels’ products in hospitals, maintain inventory, and provide first-line customer service daily with hospital staff and drivers.

The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a fixed schedule and a wage between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour. Expect lifting up to 50 lbs, standing most of the day, and working in PPE.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have basic math and ability to read/record weights.
• Experience with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Standing for extended periods and PPE usage expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service Daniels’ products at assigned hospital or medical center.
• Maintain inventory levels of container stock at location/department.
• Deliver first-line customer service to hospital staff and Daniels personnel.
• Communicate and escalate customer issues to management for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with drivers, operations, sales, and corporate staff to service the facility.
• Ensure staging area is neat and orderly after entering and before leaving the facility.
