Job summary

Responsibilities include site inspections, data collection via mobile app, preparing weekly activity reports, and supporting the team to improve program efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to travel between customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections and data collection via mobile app.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities.
• Handles project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Maintains credentials to provide service at client locations.
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood.
• Responds to provide assistance to customers during off hours.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team and organization.
