Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician to manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites. A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed. Hours may vary from 10-20 hours per week, and candidates will support inspections, data collection, and reporting.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on service across multiple client locations, with the potential for growth within Arcwood’s environmental leadership.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting is required; related experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections and data collection via mobile app.
• Packages full containers for shipment and conducts other facility inspections as required.
• Prepares weekly reports detailing activities and works with the client to improve program efficiencies.
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections.
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at client locations.
• Responds to assist customers during off hours and supports the team as needed.
