Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in the United States to join our store team. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, handle cash transactions accurately, and keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized. You may assist across departments including photo and beauty and support pharmacy tasks when needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to a positive shopping experience for customers and communities.

Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
Visual acuity to view a computer terminal, read, and inspect small parts/details.

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving potential issues.
Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information.
Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
Assist other departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stock and updated services.
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support healthier communities.
