Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, offer help locating items, and maintain eye contact.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and card transactions following policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments (including photo and beauty) and stay current with services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and participate in opportunities for growth.
• Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health goals.
