Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues.
• Focusing on customers with a warm greeting and helping locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions following policies.
• Maintain sales floor: restock shelves, update pricing, and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist across departments, including photo and beauty.
