Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks and card transactions following policies.
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring shelves and services are up to date.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and pursuing growth opportunities in pharmacy roles.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health journeys.
