Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact and assist with locating items as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks and credit card transactions following company policies.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information and complete inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities and provide assistance to pharmacy personnel when needed.
