Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand upright for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 35 lbs occasionally/10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity to read screens and small parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately following policies.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing activities as needed.
• Assist departments (photo/beauty) and stay current with services and tools.
• Support pharmacy staff as needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with our mission.
