Job summary

CVS Health in North Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate. You’ll greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, handle cashier duties accurately, and help keep the sales floor well stocked.

You may support pharmacy teammates, open/close the store as needed, and participate in a range of benefits including dental and vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts. Applicants must be at least 16, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers, maintain eye contact, offer help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle payments following policy.
• Maintain sales floor by restocking, pricing updates and inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and support departments, including photo/beauty services.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
