Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, coordinating with needed support.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas, parking, entrances, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies and maintain a professional presence.
• Document incidents and observations promptly, following reporting procedures.
