Job summary

Country 3 Corners in Weare, NH is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will greet customers, help them find hardware and home improvement items, and provide friendly, in-depth product recommendations on the sales floor.

You will also handle POS transactions, assist with stocking and inventory shipments, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Weekend availability is a plus and prior hardware knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing product recommendations and solutions
• Maintain product knowledge across hardware, tools, fasteners, and home improvement categories
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are clean and well-presented
• Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS)
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory shipments
• Support a positive in-store experience by maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone with professionalism
