Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and throughout the store, then thank them on exit.
• Demonstrate friendly, outgoing demeanor and work well with customers and associates.
• Ensure calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge, store layout and location of items.
• Assist customers with personalized service to delight every shopper.
• Support store operations and maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Stock merchandise, manage back stock, and assist with merchandise resets.
