Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Springfield, IL. You will work independently to showcase products, restock, and maintain inventory, collaborating with local store teams to optimize placements and support seasonal resets.

This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Typical schedule is 8–18 hours per week with some holiday periods requiring extended hours or weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device to access and read documents.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within the department and nearby areas.
• Support holiday and seasonal resets with extended hours when needed.
• Assist with store fixtures, relocations, and department re-sets as required.
• Collaborate with store teams and fellow merchandisers to support territory coverage.
