Job summary

Hallmark is seeking part-time merchandisers to work in Hallmark departments across retail stores, including grocery and department stores. You will restock and monitor inventories using a handheld device, with additional duties during holiday seasons and potential department resets.

The role requires travel to assigned stores and working 8–10 hours weekly. Eligible part‑time employees receive voluntary benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read and interpret information.
• Must have access to Wi‑Fi and internet.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products across stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and some holidays around major dates.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and rearrangements, often with two weeks notice.
• One team vision: collaborate with the field network of merchandisers to support territories.
