Best Fitness in Danvers, MA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to join our active club. You will perform facility upkeep, assist with cleaning, and handle daily tasks across the gym environment.

You’ll work as part of a team, gain gym membership benefits, and have opportunities for training and development while contributing to a welcoming, well-maintained facility for our members.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning and maintenance protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club facilities and perform daily upkeep tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities are in top condition for members.
