Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers; basic communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds safely

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily
• Stock cart with guest room supplies at start and end of shifts
• Greet guests and replace linens on beds
• Empty wastebaskets and tidy rooms
• Return lost items to the Housekeeping department with details
• Ensure all doors are closed and rooms locked after service
• Handle keys and report hazards or damages to management
• Assist with hallway and service area cleaning as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
