Job summary

Team Lyders operates over 200 Taco Bell locations across the Mid-West and is seeking a Part-time Team Member in New Berlin, WI. You will deliver food and drinks, answer questions about menu items, and help maintain brand standards.

Greet guests, keep the restaurant clean, and work with a team to ensure fast, accurate service. Weekend and extended shifts may be required. Franchisees set wage and benefits locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Consistent Experience by preparing food and drink orders and answering menu questions.
• Ensure the restaurant operates within brand and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and guests.
• Greet and exceed guest expectations and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain Restaurant Operations including taking inventory and restocking as needed.
• Use cash registers, wash dishes, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant running smoothly during high-volume periods.
