Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Milford, OH is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests, assist with shakes, cones and merchandise, and operate the POS and gas console.

Must be at least 16 years old and able to speak clear English. The role requires lifting up to 21 pounds and working shifts in 1st, 2nd or 3rd with up to 25 hours per week; pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 21 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures as low as –30°F for 2 minutes and as high as 33°F for 10 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, fill freezers and dip cabinet; maintain presentable displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; follow policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
