Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate in Cincinnati. This part-time role (≤25 hours/week) may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, with a pay range of $12.50 to $14.50 per hour. You must be at least 16 years old and provide excellent customer service while handling POS, gas console operations, and dip-side preparations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in transactions, and maintaining clean, well-stocked areas to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Able to operate store equipment including POS, gas console and price book.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets.
• Ability to handle transactions and provide accurate change.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 21 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, sundaes, and ice cream/dessert cups.
• Operate the POS system and gas console, process transactions, and make change.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet, ensuring freshness and neat presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, monitor equipment temperatures.
