Job summary

Tory Burch in Tulalip, WA is seeking a part-time Support Associate to greet customers, process transactions, and support store operations. You’ll help with merchandising, stock room organization, and fulfilling customer requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires flexibility across shifts including evenings and weekends, with training and growth opportunities within our Retail Excellence programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with checkout, returns and inquiries.
• Assist with stock room organization and product flow.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Answer phones and uphold store policies.
