Job summary

The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking part-time group exercise instructors to lead cycle, yoga, and other group classes at our Midlothian location. Candidates should hold current certifications and be able to work flexible hours to meet member needs, including evenings and some weekends.

Pay ranges are $20-$23 per hour for standard roles and $27-$31 per hour for advanced group exercise instructors, with opportunities to advance based on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• Hold current group exercise certification.
• Maintain CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to teach cycle, yoga and other group classes.
• Flexibility for evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of group exercise classes (cycle, yoga, etc.).
• Ensure safe, inclusive instruction and monitor participant safety.
• Follow class schedules, including evenings and some weekends.
